Outlook Express - Setting Up Email Accounts

 

Step 1)

Click on the Tools option in the main menu bar.

 

Step 2)

Select accounts in the Tools' pop-up menu.

 

Step 3)

Select the "Mail" tab and then click "Add".

 

Step 4)

Click "Mail" in the Add menu.

 

Step 5)

Type your whole name, or the name you want people to see when they get an email from you in the "Display Name" form. Then click next.

 

Step 6)

Type your email address. This will be your web30a account name with "@web30a.com" appended to it. Then click Next.

 

Step 7)

In both the Incoming and outgoing forms type "mail.web30a.com". Then click Next.

 

Step 8)

Fill in your web30a account name (username@web30a.com)  and password in the appropriate forms. This is what Outlook Express will use when logging on to the mail server.

 

Step 9)

If everything is filled out correctly, you should see the "Congratulations" screen. Just press finish and you are on your way to your first email.

 

Step 10)

Now you should be back at the Accounts screen. Notice your new account is present. Click Close. now you are ready to send and receive email.
